As a buyer, your information will not be shared with any other company. We DO NOT share or sell any personal information with anyone, this includes names, email address, mailing address and financial information. Swanky Jane does not see any financial information from our customers. All payments are made thru Paypal.
Return Policy:
1. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after the purchase was made.
2. Tags must still be attached to the items.
3. Returns are given as an exchange or an in-store credit.
4. Buyer is responsible for covering all shipping costs. This includes shipping costs of item being returned and the new item being sent out.
5. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Buyer is responsible for covering all shipping costs. This includes the shipping costs of items being exchanged or returned. Shipping cost can not be refunded. Swanky Jane ships all packages thru USPS. Smaller items will arrive thru First Class Mail. Larger items will arrive thru Priority Mail.
Sales Tax:
6.75% sales tax is applied to Utah customer orders.
