Do you offer free shipping? TOP Yes, all orders of $75 or more are eligible for free shipping. How do I use a gift card? TOP Gift cards can be applied when you check out. The entire amount of the gift card must be used when you check out. To use the gift card, type the gift card voucher number in the "gift voucher" box and then click on "recalculate". This will subtract the gift amount from your order. How do I use a coupon code? TOP Coupon codes can be used at checkout. Enter your coupon code in the discount coupon box. Most items ship within 2-3 business days or when your payment clears. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your items. If you have not received your items after 10 business days, please contact us using the "Contact Us" link.
Do you ship outside of the USA? TOP No, at this time we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii. What method of shipping do you use? TOP
We ship our items with USPS First Class Mail. If an order weighs over 13 ounces, then it is shipped with Priority Mail. Do you accept exchanges and returns? TOP Yes. Exchanges and Returns will be accepted, unless they are custom items. Custom items can not be returned, sales are final on these items. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after the item was received. Returns are given as an in-store credit. We do not accept returns on used, worn, or washed items. All items must still have the tags attached. Customer is responsible for covering shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refunded. What forms of payment do you accept? TOP We accept PayPal. All transactions are done thru PayPal.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase? TOP No. A PayPal account is perferred, but not required. You can still make a purchase using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. Checkout is still done thru Paypal, even without an account. Why do some sizes show up on the drop down menu and not others? TOP If a size does not show up on the drop down menu, that size is out of stock. Our drop down menu only shows the sizes that are currently in stock and available for purchase. |
